Hatha Yoga Flow

Join us for Breath and Movement, a virtual yoga session designed to help you decompress and reconnect. We will pair mindful, fluid movements with conscious breathing to release tension and build a sense of inner stability. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this class offers a supportive space to move your body and clear your mind.

  • When: Tuesday from 9:00am to 10:00am ( Chicago Central Time Zome)

  • Where: Your living room (via Zoom!)

  • Price$15 per class, or join our monthly membership.

  • Zoom link will be sent via email after registration.

  • Focus: Mobility, stress relief, and mindfulness.

  • Props that you may need: Yoga mat, blocks, and small blanket
