A space for yogis and busy women to connect with themselves through guided Mindful breathing and mindful Yoga. Helping us to cultivate awareness and attention back into our bodies and to the present moment.
Yoga is a journey of creating harmony in one’s life and letting go of the blocks that keeps us from this harmony. In the process, we discover a deeper reality of being, a place of contentment, wisdom, and joy.

In a world that often feels fast-paced and demanding, rolling out a yoga mat at home offers a sanctuary of stillness. While studio classes provide community, a home practice offers something equally valuable: the freedom to listen deeply to your own body without distraction.
"The hardest part of yoga is often just getting onto the mat."
Yoga at home isn't about achieving the perfect pose; it's about creating a consistent habit of self-care. By removing the commute and the crowds, you make room for what yoga is truly about: connecting with yourself.

What type of yoga is best for beginners?
Hatha or Vinyasa yoga classes are great for beginners. Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Hatha focusses on basic postures and breathing techniques, while Vinyasa flows adapt to student’s levels with a focus on breath coordination. Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, connective tissues and joints in the body. Yin Yoga stimulates the meridians (energy channels) bringing balance to the organs, improving flexibility and joint mobility.
How often should I practice yoga?
Practicing 2-3 times a week can be beneficial for beginners. As you become more comfortable, you may choose to practice more frequently.
What should I wear to yoga class?
Opt for comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. Leggings or fitted pants and a supportive top work well. Avoid excessively baggy clothes that may get in your way.
Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga?
Not at all! Yoga is about improving flexibility over time. Every class can be adapted to your current level of flexibility, so focus on your journey rather than comparing yourself to others.
Can I practice yoga if I have an injury?
Yes, but consult a healthcare professional first. Inform your instructor about your injury so they can provide modifications. Always listen to your body and avoid movements that cause pain.
What should I bring to class?
A Yoga mat is essential, along with water, a towel, and any personal props you may prefer (like blocks or straps).
How long does a typical yoga class last?
Most classes range from 60 to 90 minutes, but shorter classes (30-45 minutes) are also available, especially for beginners.
Is it normal to feel sore after class?
Yes, especially if you’re new to yoga or did a more challenging class. Soreness can be a sign of muscles working, but if you feel pain, give your body time to rest.
What is the purpose of meditation in yoga?
Meditation helps cultivate mindfulness, focus, and inner peace, enhancing your yoga practice. It encourages relaxation and helps you connect more deeply with yourself.
Can yoga help with stress or anxiety?
Yes! Yoga combines physical movements with breath awareness and meditation, promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels.
What if I can't do a pose perfectly?
Yoga isn’t about perfection. It is about how you feel, finding a version of the pose that feels right for your body. Use props or modifications, and remember that everyone’s practice is unique.
Should I eat before class?
It’s best to eat a light snack ( if needed) about 1-2 hours before practice. Avoid heavy meals directly before class to prevent discomfort.
